A microbrewery located in the Montseny area and that has the aim to elaborate the best possible quality of beer. We can consider their beers as handmade because of its method of preparation, integral for the ingredients used and natural for the packaging system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To carry out its objectives, the CCM takes advantage of the english microbrewery <strong>Wolf Brewery<\/strong> that sales its machinery and the CCM buy it to start their own beer production in Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"30\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"30\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"20\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"20\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One year after the establishment of the CCM and its successful development with its four beer varieties, one of them, <strong>the +Black receive the award for the Beer of the Year in the Fair of Jafre<\/strong>. La celebraci\u00f3 es completa amb un festival de m\u00fasica amb grups com els Strombers o Malakaton. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s durant l&#8217;any 2012, la Companyia Cervesera del Montseny consolida la seva participaci\u00f3 en iniciatives de caire cultural i esportiu de forma altruista per potenciar la comarca que l&#8217;ha fet cr\u00e9ixer i evolucionar. Amb tan sols un any de vida, aquesta cervesa d&#8217;estil Indian Pale Ale est\u00e0 aconseguint una gran reputaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"dfd-spacer-module\"  data-units=\"px\" data-wide_resolution=\"1280\" data-wide_size=\"30\" data-normal_resolution=\"1024\" data-normal_size=\"30\" data-tablet_resolution=\"800\" data-tablet_size=\"20\" data-mobile_resolution=\"480\" data-mobile_size=\"20\" style=\"height: 30px;\"><\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;any 2014 Cervesa del Montseny sorpr\u00e8n amb una <strong>nova varietat de cervesa anomenada &#8220;Castanya&#8221;<\/strong>. Aquesta nova creaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 elaborada amb un 75% de malta d&#8217;ordi i un 25% de castanya del &#8220;Pujol de Muntanya&#8221; de Viladrau. Es tracta d&#8217;una cervesa que sorpr\u00e8n per la seva contund\u00e8ncia en sabor com \u00e9s propi del seu estil: una Imperial Stout, que es caracteritza per la seva complexitat en les maltes. En aquest cas, la Mala Vida t\u00e9 11\u00b0 d&#8217;alcohol i est\u00e0 pensada per a paladars que busquen sensacions extremes. Durant el mateix any, la Montseny Mala Vida es multiplica i a partir de la recepta original es creen 3 especialitats m\u00e9s: una envellida en b\u00f3ta de bourbon, una altra envellida en b\u00f3ta de brandi i una de molt addictiva amb xili. Durant el mateix any, la Montseny Mala Vida es multiplica i a partir de la recepta original es creen 3 especialitats m\u00e9s: una envellida en b\u00f3ta de bourbon, una altra envellida en b\u00f3ta de brandi i una de molt addictiva amb xili.
