Un encuentro de peque\u00f1os cerveceros de todo el mundo y en el cual la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccm.cat\/?lang=es\">Cervesa del Montseny<\/a><\/strong><\/span> ha estado invitada para presentar una de sus cervezas m\u00e1s exclusivas y especial en el sector cervecero, la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccm.cat\/cervezas\/montseny-malta-cuvee\/?lang=es\" target=\"_blank\">Malta Cuv\u00e9e<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>En este festival internacional dedicado a las cervezas artesanales, sidras y aguamieles, unicamente se presentan las cervezas m\u00e1s exclusivas y de mejor calidad. Entre ellas se destaca en esta edici\u00f3n nuestra <strong>Malta Cuv\u00e9e<\/strong>, una cerveza artesana elaborada en los pies del Montseny, del estilo Barrel Aged Pale Ale y que no se filtra ni pasteuriza, totalmente natural.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/productes\/cervesa-montseny-malta-cuvee-2\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"cuveee\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/cuveee2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"58\" height=\"153\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Malta Cuv\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00e9s una cerveza de alta fermentaci\u00f3n envejecida en barrica de roble durante un a\u00f1o. Durante la maduraci\u00f3n la cerveza se impregna del gusto de la madera e incorpora este sabor c\u00e1lido. Se trata de una cerveza con un car\u00e1cter propio muy marcado. Color caracter\u00edstico torrado de las Pale Ale inglesas. Espuma blanca que deja encaje en copa. Tiene poso de levadura en el fondo debido a la segunda fermentaci\u00f3n. En nariz, sobresale la madera. Cuerpo medio y hasta ligero, muy completo y con gasificaci\u00f3n media. En boca, se muestra compleja, c\u00e1lida y a la vez picante. Final c\u00e1lido con un toque \u00e1cido y sabor a madera persistente.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong>Sus ingredientes: Agua. Maltas: pale ale, crystal y caf\u00e9. Flor dels lupulos: challenger, east kent goldings y fuggles. Levadura.<\/p>\n<p>Los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas <strong>23 y 24 de junio<\/strong>, los miembros de la <strong>Cervesa del Montseny<\/strong> viajar\u00e1n a Estados Unidos para presentar la <strong>Malta Cuv\u00e9e<\/strong>. Desde Worcester, Massachusetts os haremos la cronica. Seguro que se obtendr\u00e1 una gran recibida por parte de los cerveceros m\u00e1s experimentados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>La Cervesa del Montseny\u00a0 naci\u00f3 el 2007 con el objetivo de consolidarse como una de las microcervecer\u00edas de referencia del pa\u00eds. Con una capacidad productiva de 3000 litros en cada elaboraci\u00f3n, sus cerveceros llevan a cabo una experimentaci\u00f3n constante por tal de elaborar nuevas cervezas que puedan llegar a ser nuevos productos de temporada. En la actualidad venden 4 cervezas tradicionales, Blat, Malta Negra y Lupulus y elaboran 3 cervezas de especialidad: EcoLupulus (para un publico que busca una cerveza de producci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica), HivernAle (Cerveza de alta fermentaci\u00f3n elaborada con una receta de invierno con un toque especiado) y la Malta Cuv\u00e9e. A diferencia de las cervezas industriales, las Cervezas del Montseny tienen como valor a\u00f1adido las propiedades nutritivas y saludables de una bebida no pasteurizada.
